Supporting individuals, couples and family members through the resolution of physical and spiritual difficulty, we honor the healing ability within each person and seek to empower clients to realize their intrinsic potential in whatever way is best for them.
Clients can choose to meet with one of the expert staff that use one of many modalities – psychotherapy and spiritual counseling, massage, acupressure, Reconnective Healing/The Reconnection, EFT, life coaching, and HeartMath®, to name a few of the healing experiences you can engage.

All our work is confidential, and day and evening appointments are available. A sliding scale of fees is available upon request. The Counseling and Holistic Health Center is located in the Northwest corner of the church and drop-ins are welcome if we are available.
Jan Santora, M.A., LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor in private practice with Unity Counseling and Holistic Health Center since 1994. Jan offers spiritual counseling, consulting and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups regarding such life issues as work, aging, health, personal relationships, finances, and experiencing the Self. She has found that using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), One Command ThetaHealing, Sedona Method, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) among other energy-moving modalities can provide clients with rapid and long-lasting relief – alone or combined with more traditional therapies.
Jan’s integrative approach can:
reduce anxiety and depression
move blocked cellular energy
facilitate healing loss and grief
transform relationship (and everything is a relationship)
Jan’s counseling specialties also include transition, adoption reunion, distance parenting, and memoir and life story consultation. She has degrees from Anitoch University, Seattle, and University of Washington. Jan has co-ordinated on-site counseling for several Women of Wisdom Conferences; facilitated training for handling of loss and grief in the workplace; created many such support groups as Mothering Ourselves for adult daughters, and co-created and presented Self-Forgiveness groups; and has published research on coping with stress.

I have trained in a variety of healing modalities during the past 12 years. My work is body-based healing, however my clients often report healing and change at all levels of their being – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. I work with a result oriented focus that also allows space for the mystery and the healing that can occur beyond what is known or expected.
