Sunday, July 6 1:00 - 2:00 pm Sanctuary	Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation Celebrate the beginning of the Meditation series. Tamara Pickering, Registered Counselor and licensed clinical hypnotherapist Love offering - Crystal Singing Bowls produce highly coherent and powerful sound waves, energies that can reflect and influence human consciousness. Come and immerse yourself in a meditation experience within the resonant and healing vibrations of crystal, in a sacred and inspiring location.
Tuesdays and Saturdays in July Tuesdays, July 8, 15, 22 and 29 from 6:30 to 8 pm Saturdays July 12, 19, 26 and August 2, from 10:30 - noon	YOGA Sivananda Hatha Yoga at Seattle Unity! Led by Rev. Karen Lindvig and Dav*d Hargrove, who have been practicing this style of yoga for years. The price for all sessions is just $75! Pay once, and come to as many or as few sessions as you can fit into your schedule.   This class is for beginners and intermediate yoga students.  We will cover the basic asana positions as well as breathing exercises.  The exercises help release tension and relax the body. Sivananda Yoga was brought to the United States by Swami Vishnudevananda in the early 1960s. He is the author of “The Complete Illustrated Book of Yoga” and was a pioneer in bringing yoga to the  masses.
Saturday, July 19  7 - 9:30 pm Sunday July 20 8 - 9 am & 12:30 - 4 pm, introduction at 1 pm	Walk the Labyrinth In Harmony with Nature An ancient prayer and meditation tool, the labyrinth follows a single path spiraling toward the center and out again, like a symbolic pilgrimage to one's own center and back  into the world. Tuesdays: July 24 & 31 and August 7 & 14 6:30 - 8:00 pm	E Komo Mai!  Come join Rymii Kaio for hula lessons and deepen your experience of chant and dance. All fitness levels and experience levels welcome! We will learn a chant in Hawaiian and a hula dance from Kahiko, the ancient form of the Hula. And, we will learn a deep and rich delight in this sacred form of expression. A love offering will be collected at each lesson.
