BRENDAN
THORSON, LMP, has been studying Qigong, Tai-chi,
and Yoga for 16 years. In 1999 Brendan began studying YiRen
Qigong, which awoke in him the mysterious qi, completely
turned his health around and dramatically improved his life.
Brendan will teach you how to integrate Qigong into your
life for improving energy, sleep and relaxation, balancing
hormones, awakening inner strength, spirituality, and
intelligence.
These are slow, gentle, relaxing movements ideal for all
ages and fitness levels.

Practical Christianity, as taught by Fillmore and Cady, and
21st Century Integral Spirituality, as expressed by Eckhart

metaphysical Bible interpretation).

This workshop is an interactive sound and movement journey using
chanting, toning, dancing and music.
Family potluck and spiritual dance Time: 5:30 - 8:30 pm
Fee: Bring a dish to share for the dinner plus a donation of non-perishable food for the summer feeding program.

Get to know yourself and others as we literally walk through
the archetypes of the 12 planets. Discover what the planets
in your chart say about how you show up in the world. Find
out what trends and life’s lessons are up for you. Explore
the mythology behind the symbols with music, discussion and
group interaction. This is a fun and exciting group for the
